About Us

Spirit Lantern Studios’ concept brings together emerging and ancient healing modalities. Our integration of meditation, creativity and healing arts provides a unique fusion of elements into each experience. Firstly, we offer a variety of meditation training techniques that remove the mystery and effort that prevents so many of us from meditating. Our customized techniques will bring you to a state of relaxation and peace that we all find so difficult to maintain these days. We then add a creative workshop component to bring forth your inner artist and reveal healing opportunities. Thirdly, we build a sense of belonging, fun and sharing, not only through group workshops but also in private sessions. A gathering of like minded individuals in a safe, ethical and beautifully detailed boutique studio setting. Our focus is to bring you a new perspective to healing, remove the effort and include the fun.

What makes Sprit Lantern Studios so popular is our team of creative and certified expert practitioners, who are dedicated to providing you the best experience in every series of workshops. YOU CHOOSE, this is your journey, this is your place to discover yourself.
